SV	Alzo overweldigde David den Filistijn met een slinger en met een steen; en hij versloeg den Filistijn, en doodde hem; doch David had geen zwaard in de hand.
WLC	וַיֶּחֱזַ֨ק דָּוִ֤ד מִן־הַפְּלִשְׁתִּי֙ בַּקֶּ֣לַע וּבָאֶ֔בֶן וַיַּ֥ךְ אֶת־הַפְּלִשְׁתִּ֖י וַיְמִיתֵ֑הוּ וְחֶ֖רֶב אֵ֥ין בְּיַד־דָּוִֽד׃
Trans.	wayyeḥĕzaq dāwiḏ min-hapəlišətî baqqel^a‘ ûḇā’eḇen wayyaḵə ’eṯ-hapəlišətî wayəmîṯēhû wəḥereḇ ’ên bəyaḏ-dāwiḏ:

AC	נ ויחזק דוד מן הפלשתי בקלע ובאבן ויך את הפלשתי וימתהו וחרב אין ביד דוד
ASV	So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and with a stone, and smote the Philistine, and slew him; but there was no sword in the hand of David.
BE	So David overcame the Philistine with his leather band and a stone, wounding the Philistine and causing his death: but David had no sword in his hand.
Darby	So David overcame the Philistine with a sling and a stone, and smote the Philistine and killed him; and there was no sword in the hand of David.
